30 Day Product Returns

Return products in new condition, unused, and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase, and receive a 100% refund for the returned products.

REFUND POLICY

To ensure that every product we ship out is new, every return we receive must also be in new condition. For faster processing and a 100% refund on items returned, make sure your return adheres to the following guidelines:

  • All items must be returned within 30 days of their original delivery date.
  • All returned products must be in new condition with no signs of use, in the original packaging, and all tags/stickers/labels still attached.
  • All returned items are inspected; used, damaged, or missing items will be returned to the customer.
  • Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is damaged in transit or an incorrect item is shipped. In this case, we will cover the shipping to return the item and the shipping for the replacement part.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you aren’t, send the new item back. Return any new, unused, and intact item within 30 days of receiving it, and we’ll ensure you receive a 100% refund on the returned item.

TO BEGIN A RETURN:

  • Fill out our return form.

PACKAGING

Ensure that you return your item(s) in their original packaging, in an intact condition. Please don’t return any item(s) with packaging you wouldn’t want to receive yourself.

  • Returned items must be enclosed in their original packaging. This includes all boxes, plastic containers, plastic bags, printed materials, stickers, instruction manuals, and protective packaging, among other items.
  • Items sold in vacuum-sealed packaging cannot be returned if they are opened. If the non-resalable packaging is not intact, the item is no longer in “new condition.”
  • Original packaging that has been torn open or damaged cannot be accepted. These items are no longer in new condition.
  • Please pack your returns securely enough to prevent damage in transit.
  • Include the instructed information in your return and use the provided address for the returns. Returns sent to the RV Gear Up mailing address will not be processed for refunds by the returns department.   

SHIPPING

Ensure that your return or exchange reaches us promptly and without issue.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the product was damaged in transit or we shipped the wrong item.
  • All shipments must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D.s.
  • Shipping return labels are provided during the Return Merchandise Authorization Process when you contact us.

PROCESSING

We work hard to ensure returns are processed as quickly as possible. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to call or email us with questions beyond the information provided below.

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.
  • Refunded amounts may also be used to fully or partially pay for exchange orders.
  • In the event a refund is due to an expired card, a refund check will be sent to the billing address on the account, or an ACH refund can be processed.
