Where are you located?
Our office is located in Sheridan, WY. Our warehouse network is strategically located throughout the US.
What are your shipping charges? Most orders of $100 or more receive free ground shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico). If you don’t reach that value, you still receive our low negotiated shipping prices.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay.
Is checkout secure? Yes, we use a Chase Bank credit card processing system.
How long has this company been in business? The RV GEAR UP e-commerce expansion went live in 2025.
How can I speak with a live representative? You can call or text us at 307-205-9422. Our office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, Mountain Standard Time (MST). We also monitor email during business hours.

How do I return an item?

How long until my order ships? Orders received before noon EST will generally ship the same day if the item is in stock. If your order is placed on a holiday, weekend, or after hours, it will be shipped on the next business day.
What if my order arrives damaged or is missing an item? Please report any damage to the carrier when they deliver your package. Please notify us of any damage or missing items within 24 hours so we can rectify the issue.
Do you charge taxes? Most states require all online businesses to collect taxes on the sale of products. Tax will be automatically included if the state requires it.
How do I become a vendor? We love testing new products and offering them for sale. Please fill out our Vendor Form to have your products evaluated.
Are your products brand new? Yes. We only sell brand new products.
Do you ship items overseas? We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
Can you ship Next Day Air? Yes, Next Day Air is a shipping option at checkout.
How long does shipping take? Depends on which warehouse the product is sent from. We strive to ship from the closest warehouse to you. In some cases, the product is not in stock and is shipped from a warehouse located a bit further from your shipping address.
